Biochem is probably the hardest.
First, the courses you take depends upon your major. If you are a biology major you should take chemistry and physics before you take biology classes. What is lacking in your list is mathematics which you need to succeed in the science classes. If you are good in math, the physics and chemistry will be less difficult to complete. A good background in the basic sciences will help you succeed in the life sciences such as biology, food science, microbiology, etc.
Don’t look for the “easy” way out of your classes. Choose those classes you need for a successful career!
