I have jury duty next week and i wont be able to make it.
My father got injured in yesterday’s earthquake in mexico and i need to go down there.
I havent gone to jury duty yet, the last time i had to postpone the last one due to stomach flu.

write a letter or try calling and see what they say i think that you can only postpone it once
Say you can’t do jury duty because of your religious beliefs. Say that you only believe that God can judge someone and that would not make that decision for him. It might work, but maybe not since you postponed it last time.
You can definitely get out of it. It’s called personal hardship. If you going to jury duty will cause any personal hardship you can get excused, even if you missed it before.
